Job-seeking workshops at the library

The Duluth Public Library is hosting a month-long workshop series in partnership with Adult Education and the Minnesota Workforce Center. Every Thursday at 4 p.m. job seekers will find help with resumes and cover letters in the library Computer Lab or participate in mock interviews with local professionals.

On March 9, 4-7:30 p.m., the Computer Lab will hold "11 Things You Don't Know About Job Search," resume and cover letter preparation help, as well as time to work with Adult Education staff help.

On March 16, 4-7:30 p.m., the Computer Lab will feature tips on building your resume and cover letter, as well as time to work with staff help.

On March 23, 4-7:30 p.m., attendees can work in the Computer Lab or in the Gold Room 4-6 pm. Computer Lab workshop includes job fair preparation, tips for building your resume and time to work with staff help. Area Human Resource professionals will be critiquing completed resumes and hosting mock interviews in the Gold Room 4-6 pm.

On March 30, 4-7:30 p.m., attendees can work in the Computer Lab or in the Gold Room 4-6 pm. Computer Lab workshop includes interview preparation, tips for following up with success, and time to work with staff help. Area Human Resource professionals will be critiquing completed resumes and hosting mock interviews in the Gold Room from 4-6 p.m.
