Duluth for Clean Water hosted a forum at Zeitgeist Arts Cafe Saturday that was attended by over 100 people, addressing the proposed Polymet mine in Northern Minnesota. German-Swiss activist Enno Schmidt visited Duluth to address a Sunday forum on universal basic income, in which every citizen receives a minimum income regardless of their earning ability.
