Downtown Duluth welcomes new coffeehouse
A new business celebrated its grand opening in Duluth's downtown earlier this fall.
The Duluth Coffee Company at 105 East Superior Street opened last month, and an open house/ribbon cutting ceremony was held on Nov. 16. The Chamber Ambassadors as well as members from the Downtown Council and Duluth's Mayor Don Ness were on hand to wish the business well.
Owner and roaster Eric Faust has worked as a barista, trainer, buyer, consultant and United States Barista Championship Judge. The Duluth Coffee Company's coffee also can be found at a number of local restaurants and shops including Lake Avenue Café, Takk for Maten, Duluth Kitchen Company, Double Dutch, Zeitgeist Arts Café, Red Mug Espresso in Superior, Casa Latte in Hermantown and Duluth, Beaner's Central, Duluth Grill and North Country Coffee and Cafe in North Branch.
